Christina:
It appears in our records that no building permits have been issued for this site. I spoke with Suzanne Morgan, the planner that is working with the applicant on this property, and she indicated that a preliminary site plan has been approved and that they are currently working on a final site plan for the 7-11. Once a final site plan is approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission, a building permit may be issued. At that time, you may apply for the alcohol permit. I have copied Suzanne on this email in the event that you have any questions regarding the timeline for final site plan review and approval. Should you have any further questions, please let me know.
