1- CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE WITH ALL CITY COMMENTS, RELATED CODE REQUIREMENTS AND PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS. NO WORK MAY START WITHOUT PLANS STAMPED WITH CITY'S APPROVAL.
2- RESTAURANT TO BE FULLY SPRINKLERED INCLUDING OUTSIDE DINING AREA AS PER FIRE MARSHAL DIRECTIONS.
3- NO CHANGE OR ADDITION OF OPENINGS TO THE EXTERIOR TILT-UP CONCRETE WALLS, FROM THE EXISTING SHELL'S PERMITTED CONDITIONS, ARE ALLOWED UNLESS SUPPORTED BY APPROVED STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING DETAILS DESIGNED IN CONCURRENCE WITH OR BY THE ORIGINAL SHELL'S STRUCTURAL ENGINEER.
4- ADDED COOLER/FREEZER AREA MUST BE ENCLOSED WITH EXTERIOR NON-COMBUSTIBLE WALL FRAMING WITH STONE VENEER FINISH TO MATCH THE STONE OF EXISTING BLDG. AS REQ'D. - THIS AREA, AS ANY ADDED AREAS AND/OR STRUCTURE (AS WELL AS THE TRELLIS STRUCTURE), MUST BE PROVIDED WITH PROPER FOUNDATIONS AS PER APPROVED STRUCTURAL ENGR'S PLANS.
5- MAIN ENTRANCE TO RESTAURANT MUST BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED AIR-LOCK-TYPE VESTIBULE AS PER IECC REQUIREMENTS. (ANY VESTIBULE AREA PROJECTION TO THE OUTSIDE MUST BE CONSIDERED ADDED BLDG SPACE INVOLVING STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SUBMITTALS AS REQUIRED).
6- M.E.P. ENGINEERING MUST BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST IF DEEMED NECESSARY BY INSPECTORS.
7- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL, HEALTH DEPT. AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
