3- DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AREA & LOCATION NEED APPROVAL BY THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT. (972-335-5519) PRIOR ANY CONSTRUCTION.
4- PERMIT VALID UPON SUBMITTAL OF STRUCTURAL WORKING DWGS (IN ADDITION TO FOUNDATION'S) UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY & PROFESSIONAL SEAL OF THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF RECORDS, AS WELL AS SUBMITTAL OF THE CODE COMPLIANCE STATEMENT FROM ALL ENGINEERS AS REQ'D.
5- EXTERIOR FINISH MATERIALS NOT CONFORMING WITH THE 100%-MASONRY CITY DEFINITION, ARE NOT ALLOWED.
6- NO MECH'L EQUIPMENT TO BE PLACED ON ROOFS UNLESS SCREENED BY PARAPET OR OTHER APPROVED ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES (EXCEPT FOR SMALL VENTS OR FLUES WHEN APPROVED BY INSPECTORS AND PAINTED TO MATCH BACKGROUND COLOR).
7- DRIVE-THRU CANOPY & RELATED WALLS TO BE 1 HR PROTECTED COSTRUCTION (FIRE SPRINKLERS UNDER CANOPY MAY BE OMITTED UNLESS OBJECTED BY THE FIRE MARSHAL).
8- EXIT CORRIDOR WALLS MUST BE 1 HR "TO ROOF DECK" OR TO THE UNDERSIDE OF AN APPROVED 1HR CLG CONSTRUCTION. (RATED UL CLG/ROOF ASSEMBLIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT FULL HEIGHT CORRIDOR WALLS CLOSING THE SPACE SIDES).
9- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
