2- PROVIDE 2 HR FIRE BARRIER SEPARATION WALL ON 6TH FLOOR (ALONG COLUMN LINE D) WITH HORIZONTAL EXIT DOORS AS REQ'D.
3- PROVIDE 1 HR FIRE SHUTTER AT WINDOW OF ROOM 522 AS REQ'D.
4- ELEVATOR LOBBY DOORS ENTERING OFFICE SPACES ON BOTH FLOORS MUST BE 1 HR FIRE/SMOKE DOOR SYSTEMS PERFORMING AS THE EXISTING. INSTALLATION OF NEW DOORS IS ACCEPTABLE PROVIDED THEY CONFORM WITH THE FIRE/SMOKE REQUIREMENT. GLAZED DOORS, WITH OR W/O SIDE LIGHT PANELS, ARE ALSO ACCEPTABLE BUT MUST BE STOREFRONT TYPE, OR EQUIVALENT, WITH 1 HR FRAMED ASSEMBLY AND LABELED TEMPERED (&/OR LAMINATED) GLASS, OR, IF ONLY THE LABEL IS NOT PROVIDED, SPRINKLER PROTECTED ON BOTH SIDES, AS REQ'D AND WITH FIRE MARSHAL'S APPROVAL.
5- FITH FLOOR TO BE PROVIDED WITH 1 HR CURTAIN WALLS SYSTEM AS PER COMMENTS.
6- PROVIDE ONE BOTTLED WATER COOLER IN EACH COFFEE AREAS OR INSTALL TWO ADDITIONAL DRINKING FAUNTAINS ON BOTH FLOORS AS REQ'D.
7- ALL FLOOR OUTLETS MUST BE APPROVED RATED POKE-THRU TYPE ELECTRICAL DEVICES FOR CORE-DRILLING APPLICATIONS ONLY.
