7- PROVIDE HI/LO DRINKING FOUNTAIN AS REQ'D.
8- FACILITIES FOR RADIATION EQUIPMENT AND MEDICAL GASES NOT SHOWN IN THE SUBMITTED DESIGN, THEREFORE NOT PART OF THIS PERMIT.
9- SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FROM M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
