1- CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE WITH P+Z & CIVIL ENGG APPROVALS OF FINAL SITE PLAN, BLDG CODE & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS. PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND ALL REVIEW COMMENTS.
2- PROVIDE SCREENING OF LOADING AREA AS REQ'D UNLESS WRITTEN DISPENSATION FROM P+Z IS SUBMITTED.
3- TRASH AND COMPACTOR ENCLOSURE'S SYSTEMS & OPERATIONS NEED FINAL APPROVAL FROM THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT. PRIOR STARTING ANY CONSTRUCTION.
4- EXTERIOR EIFS APPLICATIONS ARE PERMITTED ONLY 9 FEET ABOVE FINISH GRADE, THEREFORE, UNDER THE 9' HT, USE SIMILAR STUCCO-LOOK FINISH MADE WITH PORTLAND CEMENT PLASTER CONFORMING TO CHAPTER 25 OF IBC, OR USE OTHER P+Z-APPROVED MASONRY MATERIALS.
5- PROVIDE MAIN ENTRY VESTIBULE AS PER IECC. (SUBMIT REVISED PLAN LAYOUT AND RELATED DTLS FOR APPROVAL).
6- WALL AT THE ADJOINING DRIVE-THRU CANOPY TO BE 1 HR RATED WITH ALL PENETRATIONS FIRE SEALED ON BOTH SIDES AS PER APPROVED UL-LISTED DETAILS (TO BE AVAILABLE TO INSPECTORS).
7- SECOND FLOOR SPACE MAY NOT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE BUT STORAGE AREA. (A 4' WIDE EXIT PATHWAY MUST BE IDENTIFIED ON THE FLOOR AND KEPT UNOBSTRUCTED FROM ROOF HATCH TO EXIT STAIR, AS WELL AS FROM ANY SERVICE UTILITY AREA).
8- ROOF DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE BY PRIMARY ROOF DRAINS, INTERNALLY CONNECTED TO STORM, AND SECONDARY OVERFLOW SCUPPERS OR OVERFLOW DRAINS, AS REQ'D.
9- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, HEALTH DEPT, FITRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
