5- DEMISING WALLS MUST STOP AT THE STOREFRONT WITH 1 HR FIRE/SMOKE CONNECTION TO "MULLION" (NOT TO GLASS) AS PER APPROVED DETAILS.
6- REVISED PLANS WITH ALL REQ'D UPDATING MUST BE RESUBMITTED FOR CITY VERIFICATION AND FILES.
7- IN CASE THE ESTIMATED JOB VALUE REACHES $50000 OR MORE, A TDLR REGISTRATION NUMBER MUST BE SUBMITTED TO VALIDATE THIS PERMIT.
8- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
