Notes:
1- CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE WITH P+Z & CIVIL ENGG APPROVALS OF FINAL SITE PLAN, BLDG CODE & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND REVIEW COMMENTS.
2- NO BLDG MAY BE REMOVED WITHOUT DEMOLITION PERMIT RELEASED BY THE CHIEF INSPECTOR (PENDING EVIDENCE OF SPECIFIC RELOCATION SITE PLAN APPROVAL FROM P+Z).
3- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF DETAILED DWGS SHOWING REQ'D FIRE-DISTANCE-PROTECTION MEASURES THAT SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY BLDG STANDING CLOSER THAN 20' FROM OTHER STRUCTURES.
4- PROVIDE DETAILED DOUBLE-DUMBSTER ENCLOSURE AS ARCHITECT'LY & STRUCT'LY REQ'D. (SYSTEM MUST BE CO-APPROVED BY THE ENVRONM'L SVCS DEPT. PRIOR STARTING ANY COSTRUCTION).
5- PENDING STRUCTURAL DESIGN UPDATING SUBMITTAL CONFORMING TO 90 MPH WIND, EXPOSURE C, SEISMIC FACTOR 1.25, ETC., AS REQ'D.
6- SUBMIT ALL OCCURRING DETAILS ALONG THE EXPANSION JOINT LINE BETWEEN THE EXISTING & NEW CONSTRUCTION, SUCH AS CROSSING PIPES, TYPE OF E.J. COVERS FOR FLOORS, WALLS, ROOF, FLASH'G, ETC.
7- ROOF'S MECH'L EQUIPMENT TO BE ACCESSIBLE VIA INTERNAL ST'L LADDER LEADING TO ROOF HATCH. - (PARAPETS TO BE PROVIDED AS GUARDS & VISUAL SCREENING ALL AROUND THE ROOF EXCEPT AS PER COMMENTS AND/OR PERMITTED BY THE CHIEF INSPECTOR WHERE TOTAL MECH'L SCREENING WOULD NOT BE AFFECTED).
8- PROVIDE PRIMARY ROOF DRAINS INSIDE THE BUILT-IN ROOF GUTTER SYSTEMS (CONNECTED INTERNALLY TO STORM) AND SECONDARY OVERFLOW DISCHARGE NOZZLES AT BOTTOM OF WALLS AS REQ'D.
9- NURSING AND CLASSROOMS PODS WITH COMMON VESTIBULES MUST PROVDE SECONDARY EXITING FOR LESS THAN 2.5 -YEAR-OLD CHILDREN (SEC. 308.5.2) AND WHERE POD'S OCCUPANCY IS 50 OR MORE PEOPLE.
10- ANY PROPOSAL DIFFERING FROM RED-MARKED COMMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL AS REQ'D.
11- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
