3- VERIFY WITH THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT. (972-335-5519) IF THE EXISTING TRASH SYSTEM IS ADEQUATE OR SHOULD BE MODIFIED (BY TENANT) TO ACCOMMODATE THE RESTAURANT'S TYPE & VOLUME OF WASTE. (SUBMITTAL OF WRITTEN RESPONSE IS REQ'D).
4- PENDING SUBMITTAL OF CORRECT DETAILS SHOWING 1 HR FIRE/SMOKE CONNECTION OF DEMISING WALLS TO THE NEAREST STOREFRONT'S MULLION BY JAGGING THE WALLS IF NECESSARY.(ENDING THE DEMISING WALLS AGAINST GLASS IS NOT PERMITTED).
5- ANY MODIFICATION OF STOREFRONT MUST MATCH EXISTING SYSTEM WITH ENERGY/SAFETY GLASS AS REQ'D.
6- NO PLBG IS PERMITTED TO BE INSIDE A DEMISING WALL.
7- ALL FOOD RELATED AREAS AND EQUIPMENT SUBJECT TO HEALTH DEPT. APPROVALS.
8- PROVIDE 2 HR SHAFT OR FIREWRAP ENCLOSURE FOR EXHAUST HOOD AS PER APPROVED SUBMITTED DETAILS.
9- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
