4- SIGN MUST BE POSTED INDICATING THIS MAX. PERMITTED OCCUPANCY.
5- PROVIDE MOP (OR SERVICE SINK) AND HI/LO DRINK'G FOUNT. AS REQ'D. (ONE STAND'D HT DRINK'G FOUNT. AND ONE BOTTLED WATER COOLER WITH CUP DISPENSER IS ACCEPTABLE).
6- PERMIT IS RELEASED FOR CLEANER'S PICK-UP-ONLY TYPE OF OPERATION.
7- DO NOT USE THE STORAGE ROOM AS GARAGE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY DECLARED AND PERMITTED AS SUCH (WOULD REQUIRE 2 HR FIRE SEPARATION).
