5. door 100--existing storefront to remain, cannot exit thru kitchen from dining.
6. move swing at w/h in kitchen & storage door to accomodate box rack.
7. rear door, spot weld at this wall where door is to be abandoned.
8. Need to add correct ADA shower for loading.
11. need detail & location of grease interceptor.
12. provide detail and/or letter on sprinkler riser & roof hatch.
13. 1 hour fire/smoke connection to storefront mullion.

GREASE INTERCEPTOR SHALL BE SIZED ACCORDING TO THE 97 UPC. SUBMIT ALL CALCULATIONS TO HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY; 1,000 GALLONS MINIMUM REQUIRED. POOLS, HOT TUBS, JACUZZI REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMIT.WATER HEATER SHALL BE 60 GALLONS COMMECIAL MINIMUM. PROVIDE SMOKING SIGNAGE PER ORD.#00-12-12. A-5: FOOD PREP, KITCHEN, WAREWASH, RESTROOMS AND VESTIBULES SHALL HAVE CERAMIC TILE GRADE OR HIGHER FLOORS WITH INTEGRAL COVED TILE BASE; WALLS SHALL BE EASILY CLEANABLE, NON-POROUS; SUBMIT PROPOSED FINISH PRODUCTS TO HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY FOR CONSIDERATION.
