3- PROVIDE ADDITIONAL GATE FOR SECONDARY MEANS OF EGRESS FROM POOL'S FENCED AREA.
4- PROVIDE DRINKING FOUNTAIN AND MOP SINK. DRINKING FOUNTAIN TO BE HI/LO TYPE AS PER TAS REQUIREMENTS AND OPTIONALLY LOCATED OUTSIDE OR INSIDE IN APPROVED LOCATION.
5- POOL AND RELATED AREAS TO BE PERMITTED UNDER SEPARATE APPLICATION.
6- FOOD AREAS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT SUBJECT TO HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY DEPT'S REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
7- NO ROOF-TOP MECH'L EQUIPMENT ALLOWED ON ROOF. SMALL VENTS OR FLUES ACCEPTED WHEN APPROVED BY INSPECTORS AND PAINTED TO MATCH ROOF COLOR.
8- ROOF DRAINAGE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCHARGE ON WALKING SURFACES OR NEAR ENTRANCES. PROVIDE GUTTER WITH DOWNSPOUTS CONNECTED TO UNDERGROUND STORM SYSTEM AS REQ'D UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY INSPECTORS.
