4- WHERE EXISTING UNRATED WALL IS TAKING PLACE OF NEW 1 HR RATED DEMISING WALL, ONE LAYER OF 5/8" TYPE 'X' GYP BOARD MAY BE ADDED, ON THE TENANT'S SIDE OF THE EXISTING WALL, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQ'D BY INSPECTORS.
5- SIGN TO BE POSTED FOR A MAX. OCCUPANCY LOAD OF 50 PEOPLE. (ANY ADDITIONAL CONVERSION OF OFFICE SPACE INTO ASSEMBLY USE, SUCH AS USING AN OFFICE INTO A CONFERENCE ROOM, ETC., IS NOT ALLOWED UNLESS AN APPROVED EMERGENCY SECOND EXITING, FROM THE EXPANSION OPEN OFFICE, IS PROVIDED).
6- ANY SUITE REARRANGEMENT OF HVAC EQUIPMENT AND/OR ELECT'L POWER & LIGHTING SYSTEM MUST BE BY LICENSED TECHNICIANS AND AS APPROVED BY INSPECTORS.
