1- CONTINGENT UPON P+Z & CIVIL ENGG APPROVALS OF FINAL SITE PLAN, COMPLIANCE TO BLDG CODE & CITY REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND REVIEW COMMENTS. (P+Z APPROVAL TO INCLUDE PRESTON ROAD OVERLEY DISTRICT'S SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS, ARCHITECTURAL BLDG ELEVATIONS AND EXTERIOR MATERIALS).
2- DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE FACILITY TO CONFORM WITH CITY CRITERIA DETAILS AND ADAPTED FOR RESTAURANT USE. SYSTEM MUST BE APPROVED BY THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT (972-335-5519) PRIOR ANY CONSTRUCTION.
3- PERMIT IS LIMITED TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLDG "SHELL" LATER TO BE ADAPTED INSIDE AS A RESTAURANT UNDER SEPARATE FINISH-OUT PERMIT APPLICATION. (THIS PERMIT INCLUDES ALL SITE WORKS, FINISHED BLDG EXTERIOR, UNDERSLAB UTILITIES, SPRINKLER SYSTEM, FULLY INSULATED BLDG ENVELOPE AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY SHELL WORKS AS REQ'D).
4- COORDINATION OF ALL STRUCT'L MATTERS FOR THIS PROJECT TO BE UNDER THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STRUCT'L ENGR OF RECORD, EVEN FOR STRUCT'L WORKS DESIGNED BY OTHERS.
5- BLDG IS SUBJECT TO ALL ADJUSTMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS THAT A FUTURE FINISH-OUT MAY REQUIRE, SUCH AS RELOCATION OF EXTERIOR OPENINGS, ADDITIONAL SCREENING FOR BULKY MECH'L ITEMS, PROPER PIT ROOM'S FIRE RATING & PROTECTION SYSTEM, TYPE OF M.E.P. SYSTEMS, OMISSION OF FINISHED CEILINGS, ETC.
