1- CONTINGENT UPON COMPLIANCE WITH BLDG CODE & CITY REQUIREMENTS, PERTINENT LEGISLATIONS AND REVIEW COMMENTS.
2- TENANT'S CRITERIA OF ONE VEHICLE PER AGENT OR SUPPORT EMPLOYEE, IN EXCESS OF PRESENTLY ASSIGNED OFFICE RATIO OF 1 CAR PER 300 SQUARE FEET, IS NOT ALLOWED. IF MORE THAN 51 PARKING SPACES ARE NECESSARY FOR THIS PROJECT, PROOF OF WRITTEN CONDITIONAL APPROVAL FROM P+Z MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE STARTING ANY CONSTRUCTION.
3- SPECIAL TENANT'S PARTITION CRITERIA DETAILS MUST BE ADJUSTED AS NEEDED TO SATISFY CODE COMPLIANCE AND CONTAIN ALL THE ELEMENTS OF APPROPRIATE UL DESIGNS WHEN WALLS ARE REQUIRED TO BE FIRE RATED.
4- WHERE NEEDED RATED WALLS ARE ALREADY EXISTING IN PLACE, BUT USED AS SPECIAL TENANT'S PARTITIONS, THE MISSING ELEMENTS OF THE TENANT'S PARTITION CRITERIA MAY BE ADDED TO IT, AS LONG AS THE REQ'D FIRE RATING IS NOT DIMINISHED.
5- USE OF TENANT'S SPECIAL LOCKING HARDWARE IS PERMISSIBLE PROVIDED THAT EMERGENCY EXITING FROM ANY ROOM OR SPACE IS ALLOWED WITHOUT USE OF ANY KIND OF KEY OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE.
6- OFFICE CUBICLES LAYOUT MUST BE ARRANGED WITH CONTINUE EXITING AISLES OR CORRIDORS WITHOUT DEAD-END CONDITIONS LONGER THAN 20'. (FINAL LAYOUT TO BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL AS REQ'D).
7- DUCTS PENETRATIONS OF RATED WALLS TO HAVE FIRE/SMOKE COMBINATION DAMPERS UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY BLDG INSPECTOR.
8- ANY NEEDED PENETRATIONS BY ANY TRADE OF THE EXISTING 2 HR FLOOR CONSTRUCTION UNDER OR ABOVE THIS SUITE, ALTHOUGH NOT ANTECIPATED BY DESIGN, MUST BE MADE ONLY AS APPROVED AND FIRE SEALED AS REQ'D BY BLDG INSPECTOR.
9- NO ELECTRICAL OR COMMUNICATION WIRE IS ALLOWED WITHOUT PROPER CONDUIT AS REQ'D.
10- SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FROM FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
