2- SUBMIT UPDATED SITE PLAN WITH MAX. 1:12 SLOPE RAMP LAYOUT TO ARBOR DECK AND STAIRS WITH ALL NEEDED HANDRAILS, TRASH BINS AREA, SECONDARY MEANS OF EAGRESS GATE, ETC., AS REQ'D.
3- TRASH BIN AREA & WASTE PICK-UP SYSTEM MUST OBTAIN FINAL APPROVAL BY THE ENVIRONM'L SVCS DEPT (972-335-5519) PRIOR STARTING ANY CONSTR'N.
4- IN ADDITION TO THE CABANA BLDG, ARCH'L & STRUCT'L WORKING DWGS FOR ALL SITE WORKS (OTHER THAN POOL AND FENCING TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION) MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL, INCLUDING DTLS FOR SHADE STRUCTURES, ARBOR TRELLIS, RAMPS, HANDRAILING, RETAINING WALLS, SCREENING WALLS, ETC.
5- CEMENTITIOUS SIDIND (NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ZONING ORDINANCE IV-9.09-A) SHALL BE ONLY PARTIALLY ALLOWED BY VASTLY EXPANDING THE STONE VENEER, OR, AT LEAST, AS MUCH AS PER MARKED COMMENTS. RELATED DWGS MUST BE REVISED ACCORDINGLY AND RESUBMITTED AS REQ'D.
