1. Wall connection between proposed demising wall and storefront shall be fire and smoke proof.
2. Proposed tenant demising wall shall be at least 1-hour fire resistive construction with 45 minutes fire protection assembly on door openings.
3. The proposed second exit is not allowed and not legitimate, the code prohibit to access to an intervening room ( IBC 1013.2).
4. Floors and walls shall have a smooth, hard, and non-absorbent surface(IBC 1210.1.and 1210.2).
5. Safety glazing required on storefronts and doors (IBC 2406)
6. Fully automatic sprinkler system required (IBC 903 and city of frisco amendments)
7. Remove exit sign/lights above proposed second door exit.
8. Space shall be equipped with an automatic control device to shut of lighting(see IECC 805.2.2.2)
9. Exhaust air thru wall is not allowed it must be thru roof ( IMC 401.5.2)
10. Since the exhaust air is not allowed to discharge to discharge thru wall, the distance between the outdoor air exhaust from the bathroom and intake openings of HVAC shall be 10 feet minimum (see IMC 401.5.1)
11. Subject to field review and inspection.
