SPECIAL CONDITIONS;
1. Field cut ends, notches, & drilled holes of pressure preservative treated woods shall be retreated in the field.
2. Proposed roof construction shall comply with chapter 8 & 9 of the 2003 IRC.
3. In IRC section 602.10.10, where a portion or building does not comply with one or more prescriptive bracing requirements that portion shall be designed and contructed in accordance with accepted engineering practice, submit design computation showing compliance.
4. Mechanical ventillation required on master bathroom.
