7. SUBMIT MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING PLANS THAT IS SIGNED AND SEALED BY PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.

1. TENANT DEMISING WALL SHALL BE OF 1-HOUR FIRE RESISTIVE CONSTRUCTION, ANY PENETRATIONS MUST HAVE FIRE RESISTIVE RATING, SEALED AND CAULKED.
2. RESTROOM FLOORS AND WALLS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD AND NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
3. SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION.
