3. all construction shall be app'd. field inspections by the City of Frisco.

5. contractor/owner to provide lighting comcheck & electrical riser diagram.
6. 1 hr. demising wall U UL465.
7. provide bottled water to patrons or install hi/lo drinking fountains, location optional.
8. any wood used in construction shall be fire treated.

MUST COMPLY WITH CITY OF FRISCO HEALTH ORDINANCE AND SMOKING ORDINANCE. HEALTH APPROVAL CONTINGENT ON NO PREPARATION OR REPACKAGING OF FOOD ITEMS. SUCH ACTIVITIES SHALL REQUIRE FULL KITCHEN FINISH OUT, FULL COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH ORDINANCE, AND POSSIBLE INCREASE IN ANNUAL PERMITTING FEES. A2.0 - ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE ANSI-SANITATION APPROVED AND CONFORM TO MFR INTENDED USE. PROVIDE ADEQUATE SPLASH PROTECTION AT WALL (FRP OR CT TYP.) TO HEIGHT OF 5 FT. A5.0 - MICROWAVE NOT APPROVED FOR PREPARATION OF FOOD FOR PUBLIC. HOME MODEL REFRIGERATOR NOT APPROVED FOR STORAGE OF FOOD FOR PUBLIC. E1.0 - LIGHTING MUST COMPLY WITH CITY OF FRISCO HEALTH ORDINANCE. LIGHTING IN FOOD AREAS (PRODUCE STORAGE AND DISPLAY, ETC.) MUST BE SHATTERPROOF OR SHIELDED.
