2. AS DESIGNED, THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT, WITH UNINTERRUPTED OPEN SPACES TOTALING 3,000 SQ. FEET OR MORE (12550 SQFT), WOULD REQUIRE AN ENTRY VESTIBULE (AT LEAST ON 3 EXIT/ ENTRANCE), ACCORDING TO THE ENERGY CODE SECTION 802.3.6 EXCEPTION #4.

5. RESTROOMS FLOORS AND WALLS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, AND NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE, STAINED AND PAINTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN CITY OF FRISCO.
5. FLAME SPREAD RATING AND SMOKE DEVELOPED INDEX SHALL BE 0-75 AND 0-450 RESPECTIVELY FOR ALL WALL AND CEILING INTERIOR FINISHES.
6. PENETRATION OF SMOKE PARTITION BY DUCTS OR OTHER AIR OPENINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AUTOMATIC SMOKE DAMPERS.
7. THE PROPOSED AIR FABRIC SYSTEM (DUCTSOX) IS NOT ALLOWED IN CITY OF FRISCO UNLESS SUBSTANTIAL TESTED AND APPROVED DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR APPROVAL.
