* DENIED....CALLED AND INFORMED THE CONTRACTOR (BRANDY) THAT WE NEED THE FOLLOWING:
- PLOT PLAN NEEDS TO INDICATE LOCATION OF ITEMS TO BE CONSTRUCTED.
- FIREPLACE CAN NOT ENCROACH THE 7' SIDE YARD SETBACK.
- WHERE IS THE GRILL GOING?
- NEED DETAIL ATTACHMENT SHEET (HOW IS THE STRUCTURE BEING ATTACHED TO THE MAIN STRUCTURE? WHAT TYPE OF BRACKETS, BOLTS...TYPE AND SIZE AND WHERE AND TO WHAT).
- FOOTER DETAIL SHEET
- ALSO NEED THE ACTUAL DIMENSION OF THE STRUCTURE.

* CONTRACTOR (RICK) WAS IN AND MADE THE REQUIRED CORRECTIONS. RELEASED THE PERMIT.
* ALL WORK PERFORMED MUST MEET THE 2003 IRC STANDARDS AND ABIDE BY THE CITY OF FRISCO COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE.
SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION APPROVAL.

* FIREPLACE MUST BE 100% MASONRY.
* VENTING AND FLUE MUST MEET MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS.
* MUST MAINTAIN TEN FOOT CLEARANCE FROM ALL COMBUSTABLE ITEMS.
* CHIMNEY MUST MAINTAIN A MINIMUM OF 2' IN CLEARANCE IN HEIGHT WITHIN A 10' RADIUS OF CHIMNEY.
* OUTSIDE OF POST FOR PATIO COVER, FIREPLACE AND KITCHEN CAN NOT ENCROACH THE 20' REAR OR 7' SIDE YARD SETBACKS.
* OUTSIDE OF POST FOR ARBOR W/ HAMMOCK CAN NOT ENCROACH THE 5' UTILITY EASEMENT WHEN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS 10' OR MORE FROM THE MAIN STRUCTURE AND/OR PATIOO COVER.
*** NO ELECTRICAL PERMIT REQUESTED OR ISSUED ***
*** OUTDOOR KITCHEN SINK NOT REQUESTED OR PERMITTED.
