B- DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AREAS TO COMPLY WITH CITY CRITERIA'S STANDARD DETAILS AND ALL SYSTEM TO BE APPROVED BY THE ENVIRONM'L DEPT PRIOR STARTING ANY CONSTRUCTION.
C- ALL PARTS OF THE BLDG ENVELOPE MUST MATCH OR EXCEED THE MIN. INSULATION REQUIREMENTS OF IECC, WITH R-11 FOR WALLS, R-20 FOR ROOF.
D- STOREFRONT GLAZING TO BE 1" INSULATED GLASS TO PROVIDE MAX. SHGC=0.6 AND MAX. U=0.7. (MUST CONFORM WITH SAFETY GLASS REGULATIONS. ALSO ANY FUTURE RATED WALL ENDING AT THE STOREFRONT MUST PROVIDE 1 HR FIRE/SMOKE CONNECTION TO THE NEAREST MULLION OR PILASTER).
E- SUBJECT TO M.E.P. REVIEWS, FIRE MARSHAL AND FIELD INSPECTIONS.
ALL SUBCONTRACTORS MUST VALIDATE AND OBTAIN CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH THE CITY PRIOR TO START OF PROJECT.
1. 20 minute door at existing 1 hr. corridor, maintain 1 hr. corridor rating at alcove (entry) to suite.
2. Temp'd. glass/window where req'd.
3. Fully sprinkled II-B construction
4. Subject to field approved inspections and testing.
5. Interior finishes: Group B, Class B Table 803. 5 (g)
flame spread 26-75, smoke developed 0-450.
6. 1 hr. demising wall UL-U465, floor to underside of roof deck, fire caulk floor to roof deck, and any pipe/duct penetrations thru demising wall.
