* WHEN ACCESSORY BUILDING IS WITHIN TEN FEET (10') OF MAIN BUILDING THE ACCESSORY BUILDING MUST MAINTAIN BUILDING SIDE YARD 9' (NINE FEET) AND REAR YARD 10' (TEN FEET) SETBACKS. THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING SUPPORT PORTION IS NO GREATER THAN EIGHT FEET (8').
