6. DRIVEWAY---CONCRETE AREA SHALL BE 4" MINIMUM THICKNESS WITH MAXIMUM 1" SAND FILL. # 3 REBAR MINIMUM 18" O.C.E.W. SPACING WITH CHAIRS. AT APPROACH FOR ENTRY DRIVE THE THICKNESS MUST BE NO LESS THAN 8" DEEP FOR THE FIRST 12" FROM STREET. MAINTAIN 5' TURNING RADIUS AT APPROACH APRONS. SEE DETAIL.
7. PER PLANS---DEPTH IS NOT SHOWN OF POND, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A SIGN BE PLACED ON THE PROPERTY----NO SWIMMING---THIS IS NOT REQ'D. IT IS RECOMMENDED FOR SAFETY. THIS POND IS FOR IRRIGATION PURPOSES ONLY.
8. THESE ARE PRIVATELY OWNED STREETS, THERE WILL BE NO LIABILITY TO THE CITY OF FRISCO TO REPLACE ANY STAMPED CONCRETE OR STONE WITHIN ANY EASEMENT WHERE DRIVEWAY OR FENCE IS PLACED DUE TO ANY TYPE OF REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE IN THE FUTURE.
