ALL CONSTRUCTION AND REPLACEMENT OF FRAMING, MECHANICAL, PLBG. AND ELECTRICAL SHALL CONFORM TO 2006 I-CODES AND 2005 NEC.
13 SEER HVAC UNITS ARE REQ'D. WITH R-6 DUCTING IN CONDITIONED SPACE AND R-8 IN UNCONDITIONED SPACE WITH MASTIC SEAL. BATH FANS SHALL HAVE HARD DUCT WITH MASTIC SEAL EXITING THRU ROOF. ALL WOOD MEMBERS WHERE CHARRED (CITY INSPECTORS DISCRETION) SHALL BE REPLACED.
FIRE STARTED IN LAUNDRY ROOM AND TRAVELED THRU A/C CHASE UP TO THE ATTIC AREA. THERE WILL BE SEVERAL OPEN WEB TRUSSES THAT WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED AT THE D/S BATH CEILING AREA. ENGINEER IS NOT REQ'D. (ENTIRE) SHEETROCK IN THE HOME WILL BE REPLACED. PLUMBING TOP OUT AND PLBG. TESTS WILL BE REQ'D. AFTER T-POLE INSPECTION HAS BEEN APPROVED. ENCLOSED WITH THE SUBMITTAL IS A LIST OF OUR INSPECTION GUIDELINES. CITY INSPECTOR WILL APPROVE ALL INSTALLATIONS AND INSPECTIONS. NO BUILDING FINAL SHALL BE ISSUED UNTIL ALL CONSTRUCTION METHODS ARE IN COMPLIANCE. A SEWER CAMERA INSPECTION IS REQ'D.
