2. TERMITE PROTECTION REQ'D AT ALL SLAB PENETRATIONS.
3. TEMPERED GLASS REQ'D AT WINDOWS WITHIN 2' OF DOOR OPENINGS.
4. TEMPERED GLASS AT FLOAT GLASS WINDOWS GREATER THAN 9 SQ FT, LESS THAN 18" OFF FINISH FLOOR, WITHIN 3'-0" OF A WALKING SURFACE.
5. ALL WORK SUBJECT TO FIELD APPROVED INSPECTIONS AND TESTING.
6. SLAB ON GRADE WITH MINIMUM 10" X 18" BEAMS.
7. TEMPERED WINDOWS/GLASS WHERE APPLICABLE.
8. ALL WINDOWS SHALL MEET OR EXCEED .40 SHGC & .65 UV RATINGS.
9. SOFFIT AND FASCIA SHALL BE REMOVED TO STRENGTHEN THIS AREA FOR ATTACHMENT OF NEW STRUCTURE.
THIS AREA MUST BE LEFT OPEN FOR INSPECTION. THIS STRUCTURE MAY BE ENGINEERED HOWEVER THE EXISTING RAFTER TAILS CANNOT CARRY THE EXTRA DEAD LOAD OF MATERIAL. IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY REFER TO THE BUILDING INSPECTION DEPT. AND PLAN REVIEW DEPT.
