Notes:
PERMIT ISSUED FOR ALTERATIONS AND ADDITION TO EXISTING STRUCTURE
1) All construction is to be proformed to the current 2006 IRC and IBC code.
2) The new cabana is within the rear yard 20' build line and therefore must have a permeable roof.
3) The stone wall construction within the 10' side yard build line must not exceed 3' vertical height. Also included in the same height restriction is the new planter box.
4) This work may require HOA approval prior to construction which is the responsibility of the home owner.
5) There were no electrical or plumbing plans submitted with the application and therefore, that work if any is not included within the scope of this permit.
6) Inspections during construction are required the cost of which is included within the permit fee. They shall include footing and foundation pre-pour and structural framing.
