PLANS PROVIDE LIMITED INFORMATION ABOUT INSTALLATION METHODS AND DESIGN FOR ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SCOPE. PERMIT SHALL BE SUBJECT IN WHOLE TO FIELD INSPECTION AND APPROVAL. PERMIT APPROVAL DOES NOT IMPLY APPROVAL OF INSTALLATION METHODS AND DESIGN BASED ON LIMITED INFORMATION PROVIDED.

PLUMBING
1. BELOW GRADE WASTE TIE-INS, SOLVENT JOINT OR "MISSION" TYPE S.S. BANDS.
2. BELOW GRADE PIPING TO BE BEDDED WITH SAND.
3. RPZ REQUIRED AT WATER SUPPLY FOR POOL EQUIPMENT.
ELECTRICAL
1.MINIMUM #12 COPPER CONDUCTORS PERMITTED EXCEPT FOR CONTROLS.
2.NO ALUMINUM WIRE PERMITTED.
BUILDING
1. ALL WORK PERFORMED MUST MEET THE 2006 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE, LOCAL AMENDMENTS AND ABIDE BY THE CITY OF FRISCO COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ALL OTHER CITY ORDINANCES.
2. GRADING CHANGE SHALL NOT OBSTRUCT DRAINAGE OF ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
3. PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE SOIL STABILIZATION AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT.
4. PERMIT INCLUDES SHADE STRUCTURE, KITCHEN, FIREPLACE AND DECKS ONLY. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR POOL, FENCE, PHASE II AND IRRIGATION.
5. FENCE AND STRUCTURES THAT ARE A PART OF THE REQUIRED POOL BARRIER SHALL COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS FOR POOL BARRIERS.
6. DECK 30" ABOVE GRADE REQUIRE GUARD RAILS.
7. AREA DRAIN TERMINATIONS SHALL NOT ADVERSELY EFFECT ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
