3. THERE HAS BEEN NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE HOME ONLY SMOKE DAMAGE.
4. ELECTRICAL METER HAS BEEN PULLED, GAS METER SHUT OFF. T-POLE SET UP BACK OF PROPERTY.
5. PER LOSS REPORT THE 2 HVAC UNITS WILL BE REPLACED. THESE UNITS MUST BE 13 SEER MINIMUM.
6. GREEN BLDG. ORD. IS IN EFFECT........ANY BDRM[S] SUPPLIED BY A/C SHALL HAVE A DUCT[S] HAVING TWO DAMPERS/ 1 MANUAL & 1 AUTOMATIC WITHIN THE DUCT.
THE DUCT MUST BRING FRESH AIR INTO THE HVAC UNIT SUPPLYING AIR TO THE BDRM.
7. WHERE INSTALLING NEW HVAC, TIE INTO EXISTING HVAC FLUE PIPE. THIS WILL NEGATE THE REQ'MENT FOR BONDING THE FLUE SINCE THE HOME WAS BUILT BEFORE THE REQ'MENT.
