3. FOOTER INSPECTION IS REQ'D.
4. RAILING SPACING IS 3 3/4".
5. RAILING SHALL BE ANCHORED TO EXISTING STRUCTURE. MUST BE ABLE TO WITHSTAND A 200 LB. LATERAL LOAD.
6. ALL WOOD TO BE TREATED.
7. AN ENGINEER'S INSPECTION AND FINAL LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE IS REQ'D.
8. NO ELECTRIC IN SCOPE OF WORK.
9. TEMP'D. GLAZING WHERE REQ'D.
10. THE METHOD OF ATTACHMENT OF NEW BALCONY TO EXISTING HOME MUST BE A VISIBLE INSPECTION, DO NOT COVER UP UNTIL THE LAG BOLTS HAVE BEEN INSPECTED.

ALL WORK PERFORMED MUST MEET THE 2006 IBC, AND 2005 NEC STANDARDS AND ABIDE BY THE CITY OF FRISCO COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ALL OTHER CITY ORDINANCES & LOCAL AMENDMENTS.
