•WHERE A ROOF ASSEMBLY IS CONSTRUCTED OVER A BALCONY CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 9 OF THE IRC AND/OR CHAPTER 15 OF THE IBC.
•PLANS SHALL MATCH SITE CONSTRUCTION, PLANS TO REMAIN ON SITE THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
•BALCONY STRUCTURES AND DECKING ABOVE SHALL SUPPORT LIVE AND DEAD LOADS ACCORDING TO R301.2.2.2.1 & T.R301.5 ALONG WITH T. R301.7.
