1. ALL WORK PERFORMED MUST MEET THE 2006 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE, LOCAL AMENDMENTS AND ABIDE BY THE CITY OF FRISCO COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ALL OTHER CITY ORDINANCES.
2. INSTALLATION OF EXIT SIGNAGE SUBJECT TO FIELD SIGHT LINE ASSESSMENT AND INSPECTION.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH ADA/TAS REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED.
4. SUBJECT TO FIRE MARSHAL APPROVAL AND INSPECTION.
5. WASTE HAUL-OFF SERVICES REQUIRED FROM CITY FRANCHISE PROVIDER. CONTACT UTILITY BILLING DEPARTMENT FOR SERVICE.
6. 1 HR TENANT SEPARATION REQUIRED AT FUTURE TENANT SPACE.
7. CREATION OF VACANT TENANT SPACE MAY REQUIRE ADDITONAL PROVISION OF NEW FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS AND FIRE SPRINKLER MODIFICATION AND SYSTEMS FOR FUTURE TENANT SPACE AT THE FIRE MARSHAL'S DIRECTION.
8. VACANT TENANT SPACE MAY REQUIRE PROVISIONS FOR FREEZE PROTECTION FOR FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS SUBJECT TO FIRE MARSHAL'S REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
9. THIS PERMIT DOES NOT INCLUDE A REVIEW OF EGRESS REQUIREMENT OF FUTURE TENANT SPACE. ADDITION EGRESS PROVISIONS MAY BE REQUIRED DURING FUTURE SUBMITAL AND REVIEW FOR TENANT.
*** IF ANY WORK IS TO BE COMPLETED DURING BUSINESS HOURS (INCLUDING DEMO), PLAN FOR PUBLIC SAFEGUARDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO BUILDING INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY WORK.
