2. INSTALL EXIT SIGNAGE.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH ADA/TAS REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED.
4. SUBJECT TO FIRE MARSHAL APPROVAL AND INSPECTION.
5. FIRE SPRINKLER MODIFICATION MAY BE REQUIRED AT ADDED PARTITIONS AND POCKET DOOR.
