* FINAL GRADE SURVEY
* FOUNDATION MAINTENANCE LETTER
* BACKFLOW DEVICE CERTIFICATION FOR IRRIGATION AND/OR FIRE SPRINKLER, WHEN APPLICABLE
NOTE: SERVICES OF THE ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL ‘ENGINEER OF RECORD’ MUST BE OBTAINED FOR ALL REQUIRED
FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS, AND SUBSEQUENT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO THE
