PROJECT SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH CITY ORDINANCE #06-10-110 ON COMMERCIAL GREEN BLDG PROGRAM REGULATING ENERGY EFFICIENCY, MITIGATION OF URBAN HEAT ISLAND EFFECT, CREATION OF PEDESTRIAN ENVIRONMENT, PROVISION OF SHADE TREES, WATER CONSERVATION, RECYCLING SYSTEMS, ETC. ROOFS TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEPA ENERGY STAR "COOL ROOF" PROGRAM (MIN. ALBEDO FOR STEEP-SLOPE ROOFS: 0.25 INITIAL & 0.15 AFTER 3 YEARS. 80% MIN. THERMAL EMITTANCE). PERMIT NOT VALID WITHOUT SUBMITTAL OF RELATED ROOFING MANUF. DOCUMENTATION FOR APPROVAL AS REQ'D (INCLUDING THE "AFTER 3 YEARS" VALUE).
4. STRUCT'L ENGR OF RECORD TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEW & COORDINATION OF ALL PERTINENT STRUCT'L DESIGNS (BLDGS & SITE) FOR THE ENTIRE PROJECT.
5. ATTIC'S AREAS, IF MADE USABLE FOR ANY MECH'L EQUIPMENT, PROPER STRUCT'L DESIGN OF CLG/DECKING SYSTEM MUST BE PROVIDED.
6. COMPLIANCE WITH ADA/TAS REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED.
7. SUBJECT TO FIRE MARSHAL APPROVAL AND INSPECTION.
