Project is subject to the "Cool roof" program (Energy Star) with minimum; (IECC 402.2.1.1) Low Slope Roofs {2:12} Initial Solar Reflectance value of 0.70 & 0.55 (after 3 years); Initial Thermal Emittance of 0.75 or more & 0.75 (after 3 years). Initial Solar Reflectance Index {SRI} of 82 and 64 (after 3 years ). For steep roofs Solar reflectance of 0.25 (initial), 0.15 (after 3 years); 0.80 or more Thermal Emittance. Manufacturer’s documentation of selected roofing materials must be submitted in details. (info must include the "after-3-years" values as required). Skylights to be code compliant with (sec.2405 IBC) & fully detailed as per required construction.
All work performed must meet the 2012 IBC standards, local amendments and abide by the city of Frisco comprehensive zoning ordinance and all other city ordinances.
