ALL CONTRACTORS MUST VALIDATE AND OBTAIN CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH THE CITY PRIOR TO START OF PROJECT.

*All work performed must meet the 2012 IBC Standards, abide by the City of Frisco Zoning Ordinance (11-04-09) and all other city ordinances and local amendment.
*Issuance of building permit does not include fire marshal approval. Separate submittal for fire marshal review, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire underground, and /or any additional requirements as set forth by the fire department need to be submitted directly to the fire marshal office for approval (Fire Inspection 972-292-6328) .
