100% of all roof areas shall comply with the specifications of the federal environmental protection agency’s energy star cool roof program, as it exists or may be amended. Ultra-Ply TPO Membrane. 3.5” ISO (R-20.5ci).
All work performed must meet the 2015 IBC & IPMC standards, local amendments and abide by the city of Frisco comprehensive zoning ordinance and all other city ordinances.

* Project is subject to the "Cool roof" program (Energy Star) with minimum; (IECC 402.2.1.1) Low Slope Roofs {2:12} Initial Solar Reflectance value of 0.70 & 0.55 (after 3 years); Initial Thermal Emittance of 0.75 or more & 0.75 (after 3 years). Initial Solar Reflectance Index {SRI} of 82 and 64 (after 3 years ). For steep roofs Solar reflectance of 0.25 (initial), 0.15 (after 3 years); 0.80 or more Thermal Emittance. Manufacturer’s documentation of selected roofing materials must be submitted in details. (info must include the "after-3-years" values as required).
