*Contingent upon compliance with review comments, code requirement and pertinent legislations. Reference approved redlines plans and plan review history document for any & all plan review comments.
All work performed must meet the 2015 IBC, IMC, IPC, IECC, IFC (2012), & 2014 NEC Standards, abide by the amended City of Frisco Zoning Ordinance (13-06-36) and all other city ordinances and local amendment.
*All subcontractors must validate and obtain current registration with the city prior to start of project.
*Subject to M.E.P reviews and field inspections. Call (972) 292-5386 for inspection.
*Subject to the Federal ADA requirements.
*CALL DIG TESS (811) AND PUBLIC WORKS (972-292-5800) FOR LOCATION OF UTILITIES.
*Issuance of building permit does not include fire marshal approval. Separate submittal for fire marshal review, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire underground, and /or any additional requirements as set forth by the fire department need to be submitted directly to the fire marshal’s office for approval (Fire Inspection 972-292-6328) .
*Prior to the vertical construction of any structures, the approved fire lanes and fire hydrants for the site must be installed and approved by both the City Engineer Inspector and the Fire Marshal’s office.
*No signage is permitted. A separate permit is required for signs including Monumental signs and way-finders.
*No Civil or Landscape plans are approved with this permit packet.**
