*All subcontractors must validate and obtain current registration with the city prior to start of project.
*Subject to M.E.P reviews and field inspections.
*Subject to the Federal ADA requirements.
* Rest room is required to comply with Accessibility standards IBC (ICC A117.1),& TAS.

Electrical Ordinance 16-12-101
General Notes:
1. All electrical installations will be subject to field inspections and inspector approvals.
2. Minimum #12 copper conductors permitted except for controls. Lighting COMcheck computations must match plans.
3. No aluminum wire permitted. Service and feeder conductors permitted 1/0 and larger.
4. Pull equipment grounds in all raceways.
5. Provide exit and emergency lighting as noted and required per 2015 IBC.
6. Lighting and controls shall comply with 2015 IECC where applicable.
7. All exterior lighting shall comply with City of Frisco zoning ordinance 4.05.
8. All terminations shall be tightened to manufacturers torque specifications.
9. Size grounding electrode conductor from transformer per table 250.66, 2014 NEC.
10. See article 700.7 (G), 2014 NEC for sign at service equipment.
11. Available fault current shall be labeled on service equipment 110.24, 2014 NEC.
12. Battery backup emergency light required at generator.
13. Label voltage and color of each phase conductor and neutral conductor on front of panel covers.
14. Phase tape not permitted on neutral and grounding conductors #6 and smaller.
15. Identify all conductors with the correct color at every junction point.
16. Electrical will be designed and installed per the 2014 National Electrical Code with local amendments stated in the City of Frisco ordinance 16-12-101.
