To repair the damage to superstructure caused by the fire, the following components will need to be replaced:
• The entire roof truss system including the ridge, rafters, deck, and composition shingles.
• Second floor Master Bedroom south wall frame and top plate above fireplace, west
wall and southwest corner wall frame and top plate.
• Master Bedroom fireplace frame.
• Second floor Master Bath ceiling joists, northeast wall frame section and top plate.
