1-All work performed must meet the 2015 IRC standards and abide by the City of Frisco’s Zoning Ordinance, and all other City Ordinances.
2-Reroofing: must comply with section R908 of the 2015 (IRC) international residential code.
3- Per City of Frisco’s Ordinance no. 17-05-38 Table R301.2 (1) climatic and geographic design criteria: ice barrier underlayment is not required.
4-R908.5 reinstallation of materials: existing slate, clay or cement tile shall be permitted for reinstallation, except that damaged, cracked or broken slate or tile shall not be reinstalled. Any existing flashings, edgings, outlets, vents or similar devices that are a part of the assembly shall be replaced where rusted, damaged or deteriorated. Aggregate surfacing materials shall not be reinstalled.
