Temporary Construction Trailer
1- Permit is for one 2160 sq. ft construction trailer with electrical & plumbing.
2- No mechanical requested or authorized.
3- Contingent upon compliance with review comments.
4- All work performed must meet the 2018 IBC standards, local amendments and abide by the 5- City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and all other city Ordinances.
6- May be subject to Fire Marshal and field inspections.
7- All contractors must be registered prior to start of project.
8- Temporary construction trailers are allowed for a period not to exceed one hundred and eighty (180) days, during construction of building. Unless otherwise approved by the Building Official.
9- Subject to field inspection approval.
10- Call (972) 292-5386 for inspection.
11- Please note address assigned to temporary trailer may be different from primary construction site.
12- Trailer must be removed prior to issue of any certificate of occupancy on the property.
13- Fences shall be located within the property lines and shall not be located in or across the fire lane without approval from the Fire Marshall
14- Banners may not be attached to trailer, fencing, or posts. Banners are not allowed as defined in Ordinance 16-03-25.
15- Project development signs require a separate sign permit.
