2- Need a flatwork inspection before the pour.
3- No electrical or plumbing permit requested or issued.
4- Arbor, patio cover, fireplace, fire pit, outdoor kitchen (bbq grill, sink, etc) not requested or permitted.
5- Concrete patio must be at least three feet from rear property line and three feet from side property lines, (can be one foot from rear property & one foot from side property if not backing up to a lot.)
