Temporary Sales Trailer
1- One 1056 SQ FT , temporary trailer with ADA/TAS ramp with electrical, plumbing & mechanical to be used as a sales office.
2- Must abide by setbacks for lot.
3- Contingent upon compliance with review comments.
4- All work performed must meet the2018 IBC & IPC standards, 2017 NEC, local amendments and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and all other city Ordinances.
5- May be subject to Fire Marshal and field inspections.
6- All contractors must be registered prior to start of project.
7- Temporary sales offices in residential subdivisions are allowed for a period not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days, during construction of model homes.
8- Subject to field inspection approval.
9- Call (972) 292-5386 for inspection.
10- Banners may not be attached to trailer, fencing, or posts. Banners are not allowed as defined in Ordinance 16-03-25.
11- Project development signs require a separate sign permit.
