1- Permit is for demolition of house and slab.
2- No plumbing or electrical requested or permitted on project.
3- All work performed must meet the 2018 IBC standards, local amendments and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and all other city Ordinances.
4- No new work is authorized or permitted.
5- Must obtain separate permit for construction of new structure.
6- All subcontractors must validate and obtain current registration with the city prior to start of project.
7- Call 972-292-5386 for follow-up inspection.
8- All debris must be contained on the property.
9- Property must be cleared of all debris within 60 days.
10- No site work or grading for future development allowed prior to obtaining building permit.
11- Utilities must be terminated at the street prior to the start of any demolition work.
12- Contractor to contact Frisco landscape architect for protected trees prior to removal of any live trees.
13- Property must be cleared of all debris within 60 days and proper installation of erosion control in place.
