*All work performed must meet the 2018 IRC standards and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and all other city Ordinances.
*May not adversely affect drainage of neighboring properties.
*Double underlayment required on composition roofs with a 4:12 pitch roof or less. Minimum 2/12 pitch for composition shingles.
*Outside of post cannot encroach the rear yard setback, up to three foot over-hang is allowed.
*R905.2.2 slope: asphalt shingles shall be used only on roof slope of two units vertical in 12 units horizontal (2:12) or greater. Roof slopes (4:12) or less require double underlayment application in accordance with section R905.11
*A gas line pressure test is required when adding gas to an outdoor appliance.
