All work performed must meet the 2018 IRC standards and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and all other city Ordinances.
Flatwork and pier inspection required prior to pour.
Outside post minimum TWENTY (20) foot from rear and NINE (9) foot from side property line.
May not adversely affect drainage of neighboring properties.
Compliance with section R312 of the 2018 IRC for the required instalation of GUARDS (railings) to include, but not limited to where required, height and opening limitations.
NO electrical or plumbing permitted at this time. Outdoor kitchen may not be constructed in NINE (9) foot side yard.
Subject to field inspection approval. Request inspections online at https://etrakit.friscotexas.gov until 7:00 AM same day.
City of Frisco approval is not in lieu of homeowner association HOA requirements. reference HOA bylaws for subdivision requirements.
