All work performed must meet the 2018 IRC standards and abide by the City of Frisco comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and all other city Ordinances.
Water Feature must be permitted separately
Flatwork inspection required prior to pour.
A gas line pressure test is required when adding gas to an outdoor Appliance
Patio Cover to minimum TWENTY-FIVE (25) foot from rear property line and minimum TEN (10) foot from side property line. An over-hang of up to three (3) foot is allowed.
Concrete and pave stones should be minimum THREE (3) foot from side property lines; May not adversely affect drainage of neighboring properties
Fire pits shall have a minimum distance of fifteen feet (15') from the main structure and ten feet (10') from any combustible item.
Subject to field inspection approval. Request inspections online at https://etrakit.friscotexas.gov until 7:00 AM same day.
City of Frisco approval is not in lieu of homeowner association HOA requirements. Reference HOA bylaws for subdivision requirements.
